Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Understand the project budget and establish the process weightage for progress tracking
- Manage manpower deployment and man-hour tracking.
- Planning & allocation of manpower in line with Project requirement / PMT request
- Prepare the resource forecast and Keep track on the scope changes
- Liaise with PM and invoicers for the additional manhour budgets
- Monitor the project progress, manhours, material usage and productivity.
- Prepare the resource forecast and verify the trade progress reporting
- Keep track on the Project quantity, liaise with PM and invoicers for the scope changes and additional manhour budgets
- Monitor work progress at site, liaising with trades and subcontractors on the assigned area jobs and developing recovery plan in case of delays and underperformance
- To Manage the Construction Schedule of the Project, coordinating with Trade supervisors, PMT, Subcontractor, Safety, Quality, on the day-to-day affair of the Project.
- Manage the construction work in accordance with the relevant drawings, specifications and codes and ensure all required drawings / material / Budgets are available for the execution tasks planned
- Coordinate with multi trades for inter discipline works and SIMOPS
- Co-ordinate with invoicers and trade supervisors for the scope changes
- Provide input to Project Planner for preparation of Project Commissioning schedule and set the priori ties of the systems for pre-commissioning & commissioning in conjunction with commissioning schedule.
- Resource planning and update regularly the project remaining resource requirement.
Qualification/ Experience & Skills
- Marine/Mechanical/Naval Architect Engineering Degree.
- Project Management Skills
- 6 – 10 years of relevant experience
