We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Salary : 3,000AED
Job description
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and assists visitors.
- Manage and maintain the office filing system
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new techniques.
- Monitoring and Processing Company legal Documents (Vehicles/Insurances/Licenses/Government requirements and other random Company related contracts and paper works)
- Able to write reports and presentations
- Good interpersonal skills
