Job Description
Responsibilities:
A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of the English language
- Proficient in desktop application and internet
- Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge
- Candidates must complete our training course
