Job Description
*The ability to gather business requirements and translate requirements into appropriate technical specifications,
*Resolving issues for customers in a timely manner and offering assistance to colleagues.
*In case of issues that cannot be resolved immediately, aim at providing a temporary workaround and liaise with other teams to get a definite solution in place as soon as possible.
*Collect product enhancement ideas from customers and suggest improvements for product roadmaps and internal procedures.
*Working directly with customers across implementing projects and supporting production applications
*Performing analysis and documentation of new requirements
*Preparation of technical specification documentation detailing the requirements of the application
*Test phase support including test case creation, defect management and investigation
*Proactively investigate technical solution details, must be a self learner with a desire to dig for information
Professional skills and knowledge:
*Bachelor of relevant Engineering degree
*4+ years experience working for a software vendor delivering solutions onsite for customers
*Demonstrable work experience in: Basic database design knowledge and Writing SQL queries to get reports
*Software solution onsite implementation and system integration experience
*Knowledge about SDLC processes
*Good knowledge of Windows operating system, networking and communication
*A strong sense of customer service including professionalism, patience and flexibility.
*The ability to work as part of a team. Interpersonal skills are very important.
*Attention to detail is very important.
*The ability to take on multiple tasks.
