Job Description

Job Purpose –

Primary responsibility of the role is the continuous running of the supply chain for the hotel, availability of all required items for operations to run smoothly and ensuring all protocols are followed for the same.

Key Accountabilities –

  • Develop a high-level view of our current supply chain strengths, challenges, and opportunities
  • Create new reporting and tracking processes to ensure leadership has accurate and useful information
  • Liaise with vendors and transportation partners to determine ideal scheduling and timelines
  • Develop contingency plans to account for temporary materials or transportation disruption

Others

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with system software and spreadsheet
  • Knowledge of FMS material management system
  • A team player, willing to learn and perform with the team.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Accounts preferably in Supply Chain Management

Job Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 year of experience as a supply chain coordinator in 3 or 4-star hotel
