Job Description

Requirements:

· Minimum 10 years’ experience in UAE – Dubai

· Proven working experience in luxury villas

· Valid Driving license(UAE)

· A strong understanding in civil engineering methodologies

· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

· Outstanding project management abilities

Roles and responsibilities:

· Coordinating construction activities.

· Monitoring project progress and ensuring completion within the required time schedule.

· Preparation and implementation of project plans.

· Monitor performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
